This Bosch Professional combo is aimed at people who drive and drill every working day: kitchen fitters, carpenters, maintenance staff and serious renovators. What sets it apart is the pairing of a 110 Nm combi drill with a 210 Nm impact driver that has three selectable speed and torque presets, all running on two large 5.0 Ah batteries. Few twin kits in this group put that much rated torque into both tools at once.

Our take
What arrives in the L-BOXX
Amazon lists the contents as the GSB 18V-110 C combi drill, the GDR 18V-210 C impact driver, two GBA 18V 5.0 Ah batteries, a GAL 1880 fast charger and an L-BOXX 136 case. Everything you need to start is there, and the stacking case keeps it together in a van or on a shelf.
The C in both model names refers to connectivity. The listing is clear that Bluetooth control is possible only with an optional module, so treat it as a later upgrade rather than a feature you get on day one.
Drilling and driving capacities explained
Bosch rates the drill for screws up to 12 mm, holes in wood up to 82 mm, steel up to 13 mm and masonry up to 16 mm with percussion. The 82 mm wood figure points to large hole saws and self feed bits, which is the sort of work that stalls smaller home drills. A 13 mm chuck and three listed speeds give the range to switch between slow boring and fast small holes.
The GDR 18V-210 C takes 1/4 inch hex bits and the listing quotes 210 Nm. In practice that is coach screw and long timber screw territory. The three presets let you drop the output for smaller fixings, which the listing frames as protection against damaging material, useful on softwood trims where a full power hit would strip or sink the head too far.
Against the DeWalt and HiKOKI twin kits
The DeWalt DCK276P2 also ships with two 5 Ah packs, but its listing quotes 95 Nm for the drill and gives no driver figure at all. On paper the Bosch is the better documented of the two. The HiKOKI KC18DEWAZ claims a stronger drill at 140 Nm and a weaker driver at 175 Nm, and its MultiVolt packs can also run 36 V tools, so it suits someone thinking about larger HiKOKI machines later.
Both GBA packs carry Bosch's 18 V designation, so anyone already running Bosch Professional 18 V tools gains two more large batteries for that fleet.
Who should look elsewhere
If your jobs are flat pack furniture, curtain poles and the odd shelf, this kit is far more than you need. The Bosch 12 V set with the GSB 12V-15 and GDR 12V-105 is lighter and smaller and will cope with that work. The listing also gives an item weight of 2 kg, which does not reflect two tools and two 5 Ah packs, so expect the carried case to be noticeably heavier.
Verdict
Buy this if you fix, drill and drive for a living and want both tools strong enough for structural screws and big bits, with plenty of battery. Pick the HiKOKI KC18DEWAZ if 36 V expansion matters, or the Bosch 12 V set if your work is light and you value size over power.
