Milwaukee's M18FH-0 is a Fuel SDS plus rotary hammer for M18 owners who drill concrete and masonry regularly. It is sold as the bare body with no box, battery or charger. What sets it apart in our SDS guide is the four mode operation, which gives more ways to use one tool than the two or three mode drills it competes with.

Our take
Key figures
The listing gives an SDS plus fitting, 26 mm maximum hole size in concrete, 2.5 J impact energy and four modes. The item type is a brushless cordless SDS rotary hammer. Speed fields in the spec table are inconsistent, listing both 200 and 800 rpm, so the Milwaukee data sheet is the place to confirm speed.
The four modes are not named in the listing. On SDS tools they usually cover hammer drilling, rotary only, chiselling and a chisel positioning setting, but check the manual rather than assume.
What 2.5 J and 26 mm are good for
At 2.5 J, the M18FH-0 sits between compact SDS drills like the DeWalt DCH172D2 at 1.4 J and the DeWalt DCH263N at 3.0 J. It will drill anchor holes, cable routes and pipe penetrations in brick and concrete at a good pace. For very frequent large core work, a heavier tool would suit better.
Our Milwaukee guide notes a listed weight of 3.45 kg, which is heavy compared with a combi drill but normal for an SDS hammer.
Body only means no case
Many bare tools come in a case or box; this one does not, according to the listing. You will need somewhere to keep it, and an M18 battery of 5 Ah or more to get the best from the Fuel motor. The listing does not mention a side handle, so check before ordering.
Fitting it into the M18 line
For Milwaukee owners, this pairs well with the M18FPD2 or M18 FPD3-0 percussion drills: the SDS handles masonry, and the percussion drill handles wood, metal and screw driving. Outside Milwaukee, the DeWalt DCH263N gives more impact energy, and the Bosch GBH 18V-22 X adds OneChuck for round and hex bits.
Because the M18FH-0 has no case, a soft bag or a stackable Milwaukee box is worth adding so the tool and its bits stay together.
Verdict
Choose the M18FH-0 if you are already on Milwaukee M18 and want a capable four mode SDS plus for regular masonry drilling. If you need maximum impact energy, the DeWalt DCH263N is stronger on paper, and occasional users may find the compact DeWalt DCH172D2 kit enough.
