The GSB 18V-110 C is the top combi drill in Bosch Professional's 18 V range. It combines 110 Nm of torque, a hammer action for masonry, a solid metal chuck and KickBack Control. It is sold as a bare tool in an L-BOXX, so it is aimed squarely at trades who already run Bosch or AMPShare batteries and want a single drill that handles almost everything.

Our take
Torque and capacity
The listing gives 110 Nm of maximum torque and 2,100 rpm from a brushless motor. Wood drilling capacity is quoted at 82 mm, which covers large hole saws and self feed bits, and metal capacity at 13 mm. Bosch calls it extremely powerful and robust, and those figures put it firmly in the heavy duty class.
The impact function lets it drill brick and block for fixings, although for regular concrete work an SDS hammer remains faster.
Control features
KickBack Control is listed among the special features. On a drill with this much torque, it is an important addition, cutting the motor when a bit binds and the tool starts to rotate. An auxiliary handle is included for the same reason.
Bluetooth connectivity lets you connect to a smartphone app for additional tool control, which some trades use to adjust settings or track tools.
If you mainly drive screws, the clutch and lower gear keep the drill manageable, but this is still a large tool. Users who want something lighter for cupboards and hinges often pair it with a compact impact driver or the smaller GSB 18V-45.
Battery platform
Bosch lists compatibility with the Professional 18V System and the AMPShare battery alliance, so packs from several brands fit. No battery or charger comes in the L-BOXX 136. The listed tool weight is 2 kg. For the best performance at full torque, a larger ProCORE pack is the natural pairing.
Where it sits in the Bosch range
The GSB 18V-90 C kit offers 64 Nm with two 4.0 Ah batteries and a charger, which is better value for someone starting out. The GSB 18V-45 is the compact entry drill. Outside Bosch, the HiKOKI DV36DC and Milwaukee M18FPD2 list more torque, but only make sense if you are on those platforms.
Verdict
Buy the GSB 18V-110 C if you already own Bosch or AMPShare batteries and want the strongest combi drill in the range, with kickback protection and a metal chuck. If you need batteries too, the GSB 18V-90 C kit is the easier start, and the HiKOKI DV36DC offers more torque for HiKOKI users.
